Handy new MOLLE pouches for my tactical vest

Flecktarn.co.uk added a new range of MOLLE pouches to it's inventory this week under the brand of Bulle. A few of them caught my eye as being exactly what I have been looking for to deck out my J-Tech TAC-M7 tactical vest.

The first of my purchases were a 'multifunction' utility pouch and a set of 7.62 open-top magazine pouches. The utility pouch was an excellent find, as I needed something to act as a sort of mini-admin pouch. The multifunction utility pouch has a drop front, held in place by a couple of cords, just like the full-sized admin cases.

The 7.62mm mag pouches are a rather useful open-top design, and *seem* to be a copy of the equivalent Warrior pouches (available from UK Tactical). The mags are easy and quietly accessible by pulling the elastic holding cord to one side. Additionally, one mag pouch can be stacked on top of another as it has MOLLE attachments at the front.

Likewise, the utility pouch has MOLLE attachments on the front, just in case you need to piggy-back any more pouches.

The other type of pouch I bought was a gem of a bag. Called a 'bolt assemby pouch', it's small in size but big enough to take an standard 8.4v AEG battery. Terrific for carrying your spare cell into the field, and easily accessible via a long zip which run the length of the pouch.

All of these pouches - and indeed all of the Bulle range - are available in Olive Drab (my choice), black, Coyote Brown (that's tan to you and I) and ACU. The range includes about 14 different items, including drop leg platforms, utility bags of various sizes and even a really nice 45 degree mounting panel (useful for cross-draw holsters).

The delivery from Flecktarn was fast and efficient, they even took the time to send me a digital photo of all my items before despatch so I could make sure nothing was missing from my order! How good was that?

The quality of the Bulle pouches is good, but not quite as good as the J-Tech pouches that came with my TAC-M7 vest. But at the price they are also great value (I'd chose the Bulle ones over, say, the Viper range).

Multifunction utility pouch: £7.50
7.62mm 'D' type single mag pouch: £7.50
Bolt assembly pouch: £7.50
