'Cheapsoft' Russian Kobra red dot - at last!
Quite exciting news if you are a fan of Russian loadouts - Chinese manufacturer ACM has published early photos of it's forethcoming replica of the Russian Kobra Collimator sight.

While airsofters have been used to cheap Chinese copies of Western red dot sights for years, this Russian classic has been completely overlooked. Fans of the sight have had no choice but to resort to buying the read deal if they wanted that completely authentic loadout, but at £200 here in the UK this is a very expensive option. (I noticed American based players and the guys at Red Alliance are not so impressed with this - as they don't have the 'rip off UK' premium to pay for the real thing. Brit players will appreciate the discounted price, however, especially as the economic downturn bites.)
The word is that the ACM version will be selling for about $115 from the Hong Kong retailer Ebaybanned.com from early December and I for one will have an order in for one of these.

Excellent! May have to get one at some point. However it's not the best looking sight. I may have to paint it as the finish looks hideous in that picture.
I think that's the protptype in bare metal D...
They will be coating the final version in black properly for the release.
My bad.
In which case it should be better :p
