When I first started playing WoT I vowed I would never play a German tank - which is why when Team BIG jumped on the Lowe band wagon I stayed aloof from the German love-in! But now that Battlefield 3 is very imminent the compulsion to keep forking out for the monthly subscription for WoT (which allows us to play as a team) is waning. So, where to go from here...

Well I do want to keep playing World of Tanks, despite the hype over BF3 and how it will take over my life. Not only is the the forthcoming v7 update of WoT coming out - which promises new maps, new tanks (including a French line) and improved graphics - but I also want a little something that I can play on my own as a means of countering BF3 fatigue!

So today I started a new - free - WoT account and as an incentive to keep up the play I broke into the last line of tanks which as yet I have not explored - the German tanks! Yes, I do feel dirty - but I might as well see what all the fuss was about. :)
